Krav Maga is a highly effective self-defense system designed to protect against common street and domestic assaults, including situations like chokes, knife attacks, stick attacks, and more.

Originally developed for the Israeli military sector, currently, the International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF) is endorsed for training purposes by the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) along with other security organisations globally.

Nowadays, Krav Maga is adapted for civilians and suitable for everyone to learn. The most evident advantage Krav Maga training has is how quickly and easily one can acquire self-defence skills, regardless of their fitness level or experience.

YIGAL MAIDANI

KRAV MAGA IKMF MALTA DIRECTOR AND HEAD COACH

EXPERT LEVEL

Yigal Maidani is an Expert Level IKMF instructor and is the Director and Head Coach of Krav Maga IKMF Malta.

Yigal is Israeli ex-military with long term work with the Israeli Defence Forces. His experience gave him a physical and mental edge that today he is able to pass on to his students. He is IKMF Expert level and delivers professional training, events and workshops to groups and individuals who wish to improve their self-defence skills. His coaching experience spans over decades and his standards and reputation are highly recognised .

Along Krav Maga, Yigal has years of coaching other martial arts like Kung Fu (Shaolin Hung Gar and Tai Chi) and Aikido. He works with different level individuals and kids and is highly adaptable in his coaching approach.

Yigal leads adults and kids classes and is available for private lessons at convenient times and places. GET IN TOUCH!

GRADUATE LEVEL

Ani is an International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF) qualified self-defence instructor. She is a dedicated Krav Maga practitioner and the first female certified Krav Maga IKMF instructor in Malta. Due to her high standards and performance, she is appointed by the Krav Maga Malta IKMF director as second in command in the management and operations of the Krav Maga Malta IKMF clubs.

She has an extensive training history which revolves around Martial Arts (Kung Fu), Progressive Calisthenics, and CrossFit. She is a UK qualified Fitness Instructor Reps 2 and a Personal Trainer Reps 3.

Currently, she offers Personal training sessions with focus on functional training, mobility, physical conditioning as well as Krav Maga IKMF self-defence private lessons at convenient times.

Ani is the main Krav Maga IKMF Malta training organiser for activities like: archery, firearm shooting, obstacle course training, kayaking and others.
